Returns Policy

We do our best to select only high quality and highly lovable products, so we hope to avoid returns. Please be thorough in your selection process by looking at all photos carefully, checking measurements and asking any more questions you need, we are always happy to assist!

In the unlikely event that you do not love your item, we do accept returns under the following terms and conditions:

 

Terms & Conditions

  • We must be notified of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • All returns must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the goods
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out - in brand new, undamaged, unused condition with original packaging intact.
  • Customers must receive written confirmation from us before sending the item back. We will not accept returns that have not been previously approve by us.

 

For Damaged/Faulty Items:

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, credit or replacement. 

Please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order, and proof via photographs must be provided before we can approve the return.

We will be responsible for covering the return courier charges, please contact us for instructions on how to return the goods to us.

Notes:

* We can not offer returns for items that have been mishandled, misused or broken/damaged after received. 

* If the packaging looks damaged when the courier is delivering it to you, please do not accept the parcel delivery from the courier. If you accept an item with damaged packaging your claim for a return may not be approved as we can no longer seek compensation from the courier company for the damage.

 

For change of Mind:

For returns due to change of mind, all terms and conditions above apply.

The customer will be responsible for return freight charges, and a restocking fee will apply on some items (please contact us for details).
